10 Items that You Must Have in Your Closet

In my opinion, 10 items every lady must have in their closet are:

1) Black jacket
What do you do when it’s chilly outside, and you can’t decide what to wear on top of your outfit? Simply choose a black jacket! Black matches with any color and completes your style perfectly.

2) Black mini dress

Black mini dress is an item that was first introduced by Coco Chanel in 1962. Just like she predicted, black mini dresses have been loved by every woman around the world for a long time. It’s an item that can be worn in any formal event or on any date, any time during the year.

3) Leggings

Lindsay Lohan can be considered as the “style icon” for leggings. If you are worried about having chubby legs, don’t be shy to wear them just because they fit too tightly! They are a perfect solution to cover your defect. Also, long t-shirts are necessary for a perfect leggings styling.

4) Denim pants

Denim pants are the perfect symbol of basic style. Be it 10 years ago or 10 years in the future, the trend of jeans will never end. Just like how there is a ton of jeans in a star’s closet, the more jeans you have in your closet, the higher your fashion sense is!

5) White shirt

Another symbol of basic style that looks absolutely harmonizing when worn with jeans is a white shirt. It looks amazing when you wear it with or without a jacket in any time, any place.

6) Brand-name bag

Bags covered with huge logos are sometimes are not as great as they may seem, especially when they don’t match your style. However, a brand-name bag can work to your advantage if you need something extra to polish your casual outfit of the day.

7) Necklaces

Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen are only 5’1 and 5’2, respectively. One similarity, in which they try to hide that, would be through necklaces. Wearing necklaces gathers attention to your upper body, which makes you look taller! Necklaces are “must have” items when you’re wearing a dull outfit.

Scarf

If your outfit for today looks boring and humdrum, a scarf would be the perfect key item for solving that problem. And, that is why scarves make the stars in paparazzi shots look so fashionable.

9) Long boots

Some stars like Megan Fox, Lily Allen, Sophie Monk, and Victoria Beckham are so“boots-holic” that they wear them for all seasons, all year along. It’s very easy to style yourself up by wearing long boots with skinny jeans, leggings, and even skirts. Long boots are also good items to cover your legs if they’re not in good shape Since they also cover your legs from chilliness, it’s like killing two birds with one stone!

10) Black heels

Heels especially black ones, add the finishing touch to your outfit. They add class to your style, whatever it is. They also make you look taller without bringing others’ attention to your feet. If you think about it, that is definitely much better than the kind of attention you’d get if you were wearing bright neon green heels instead – at least when you’re wearing a casual outfit!
